saturday

still a little sore from thursday, but better.  i went to the gym this morning and took a class, that helped work out some of the soreness, i think.  did my pushups and crunches too!

food:

oatmeal: 150
high protein bagel w pb: 300
pulled pork and snow peas:  500
yogurt: 140
small ice cream cone: 130

1320 total....a little high, but i also covered a desk shift at the gym so i was on my feet for four hours.

  1. I would love to take a class one day but my gym doesnt offer any (planet fitness)

    You burned alot of calories from your class and being on your feet, so that cancells out calories.

    Tomorrow we can come up with new plan for next week.
