wednesday

boot camp this morning KILLED me.  ridiculous how much sweat poured out of me, and i've been dragging all day.

food:

protein shake: 250
oatmeal: 320
soup: 200
turkey sandwich: 350
cookie: 350
chicken breast and potatoes: 500

1970.  WAY too much.  i think i thought more food would give me more energy.  i was so wrong, LOL.
