small serving lasagna - 300
chicken breast - 300
green beans - 100
tomato & mozzarella salad - 300

1210 total...pushups and crunches done!  Feeling good, a little hungry but that's to be expected after the overeating I did this weekend.  Gotta shrink the stomach down...
